FREDA Board of Trustees Holds Regular Meeting
Chaired by Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan, the Fund for Rural Development of Armenia (FREDA) Board of Trustees held a regular meeting in the Office of Government.
As part of the agenda, the meeting heard and approved FREDA’s final report for 2013, as well as the Fund’s financial statement and a report on the implementation of activities under the annual program. The meeting touched upon the need to amend FREDA’s by-laws.
The Board of Trustees discussed the Fund’s development prospects in a number of areas. The Board members came up with several recommendations to be finalized for consideration at the forthcoming Board meeting.
