Prime Minister Holds Farewell Meeting with Ambassador of Kuwait


Prime Minister Hovik Abrahamyan received Kuwaiti Ambassador Bassam M.Alqabandi, who is completing his diplomatic mission in our country. Pleased with the recent years’ significant progress made in the relations between Armenia and Kuwait, the Prime Minister highly appreciated Kuwaiti Ambassador’s personal contribution to the strengthening and deepening of bilateral ties.

Hovik Abrahamyan thanked Mr. Alqabandi for his tenure-long efforts, noting that the current level of political dialogue provides an opportunity to expand the agenda of the Armenian-Kuwaiti cooperation and push ahead with the joint effort aimed at strengthening economic ties between the two countries.

The Kuwaiti Ambassador thanked Prime Minister Abrahamyan for high appreciation and effective cooperation, noting that he has done everything to leave a tangible trace in Armenian-Kuwaiti relations.

Bassam M.Alqabandi assured that he will remain a friend of Armenia and Armenian people. According to Mr. Alqabandi, there are close ties of partnership formed between the two countries, which will continue to develop and strengthen ahead.
