Kristinne Grigoryan was born on August 27, 1981, in Sevan town of Armenia. She has master degree in Oriental studies and bachelor degree in Law.
Kristinne Grigoryan has 18 years of experience in public administration. She has served in various public office positions at the Staff of the National Assembly of Armenia, at the Ministry of Justice and at the office of First Deputy Prime Minister of Armenia.
In July, 2019 by the Prime Minister’s decree, she has been appointed the Deputy Minister of Justice and since April 2021, the First Deputy Minister of Justice.
In January 2022, she was elected by the National Assembly the Human Rights Defender (Ombudsman) of Armenia and served in this role until January 2023 when she resigned.
On October 4, 2023 by the Prime Minister’s decree, she was appointed the Chief of the Foreign Intelligence Service of Armenia.
She speaks Russian, English, French, German and Arabic.
