He studied at Secondary School N172 and Sayat-Nova Music School in Yerevan. In 1988, his family moved to Burbank, USA. His education continued at John Muir Middle Burbank School. He is a Burbank High School graduate.
1992-1997, Department of Political Science and History, University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), qualified as a political scientist and historian
1997-2000, Law School, University of Southern California, qualification; Lawyer

Work Experience
He worked at several law firms. In 2013, he ran for the Glendale City Council elections and was elected City Council member

On June 14, 2019, he was appointed to serve as Chief Commissioner for Diaspora Affairs at the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia.
