2019-2021 - Мember of the National Assembly as part of the "My Step" parliamentary faction. He chaired the Standing Committee on Education, Science, Culture, Diaspora, Youth and Sports of the National Assembly, and was also the head of the Armenian delegation at the "Euronest" Parliamentary Assembly.
