2000 - Graduated from the Faculty of History of the Yerevan State University, bachelor's degree.
2002 - Graduated from the Faculty of History of the Yerevan State University, master'sdegree.
2004 – Public Administration Academy of the Republic of Armenia. Specialist in public administration and local self-government.
2005 – Graduated from the postgraduate course at the National Academy of Sciences of the Republic of Armenia, defended a PhD dissertation, receiving degree of Candidate of Historical Sciences.
