Wheat Seed-Breeding Program Takes Effect
Armenia is taking revolutionary steps in the wheat seed-breeding field: the wheat seed-breeding and seed-production program turned up on the list of government priorities last year which implies a dramatic growth in the output of this crop up to 340-350 thousand tons a year by 2014 making of Armenia a self-sufficient country in this area.
