Sustained Focus on New Generation
International Children’s Day - June the 1st - is a good opportunity to address the problems facing children and youth. Today the head of government visited a Children’s Day-dedicated exposition and received students-economists. Child protection-related issues are too high on the Government’s agenda. Any program, decision or undertaking is first of all put up for public discussion then carried into effect account taken of public opinion. Quick responsiveness to different programs testifies to RA Government’s strong interest in the protection, education and professional training of the rising generation.
On International Children’s Day, the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia offered his congratulations by stating in part: “June the 1st is the International Children’s Rights Protection Day. Many celebrate it as children’s holiday. This is not accidental as respect for family and love of children is a key tradition of ours.
Each of us makes everything possible to communicate homely warmth and care to children. Any child wishes health and peaceful sky. All we want is to provide them with a careless and joyful childhood, as well as a dignified and prosperous future day.
On this nice holiday day, I wish you all peace and every success.”
