PM Receives “Luys” Foundation Students

Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan received today “Luys” foundation-supported students and graduates.

“The State is assisting you to study in the world’s top ten universities so that the best practices and the knowledge gained could be used for the sake of our country's development," the Prime Minister said in his greeting remarks.

Concerning the changes taking place worldwide and the development trends in Armenia, the Prime Minister said knowledge is the most important resource nowadays, which may help gain a competitive advantage in a fast-changing and shrinking environment.

An exchanges of views was next unfolded, during which the students and the Premier discussed Armenia’s development vision and the challenges ahead - economic development, educational and scientific reform, harmonious territorial development, mentality change, as well as a number of issues of topical concern.

Welcoming those projects implemented by the students in different communities as part of “Develop Armenia” campaign, Tigran Sargsyan urged them to continue working on this successful program.
