Today a ministerial meeting referred to as "Improvements in Public Administration and Institutional Reforms" as organized in the framework of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization has been held at Athens, Greece. The topical discussions were attended by Mr. Manouk Topouzyan, RA Minister-Chief of Staff of the Office of Government and Mr. Arthur Manaseryan, head of the Foreign Relations Department of the Office of Government.
