In accordance with a decree signed by Republic of Armenia Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan, Mr. Gevorg Kostanyan has been appointed Deputy Minister of Justice of the Republic of Armenia. Biographical Note Mr. Gevorg Kostanyan was born in 1977 in Yerevan. In 1999, he graduated from the Law Department of Yerevan State University with the qualification of lawyer.
