RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan received a delegation headed by President of Russian Kristal Company Maxim Shkadov. Discussed were issues concerning the Armenian-Russian diamond processing cooperation as outlined in the memorandum signed between Kristal Company and Armenia-based DCA Company in March last.
