RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan sent a condolence message to Prime Minister of the Kingdom of Spain Jose Luis Rodriguez Zapatero. The message states in part: "We were saddened to hear about the air crash that occurred in Madrid airport leading to several casualties. On behalf of the government of the Republic of Armenia and myself, I extend deep condolences to you, to the family and close relatives of the slain."

In accordance with RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan's decision, Kajavan Nourijanyan has been released from the post of deputy head of RA State Tax Service by the Government.
