On a working visit to Washington, RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan attended the World Bank/IMF Annual Meeting's opening ceremony. Widely commented on by US and international experts, as well as by mass media for 3 weeks now, the global financial crisis was the highlight of the day.
