On November 20, 2009, RA Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan will be off to Yalta to attend the recurring session of CIS Heads of Government Council. The delegation will comprise Chief of Government Staff David Sargsyan, Deputy Minister for Foreign Affairs Shavarsh Kocharyan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Belarus Oleg Yesayan, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Ukraine Armen Khachatryan, other dignitaries.
