UNWTO Supports Tourism in Armenia
Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan received today a delegation led by UNWTO Secretary-General Taleb Rifai. Welcoming the guests to the Office of Government, the Prime Minister appreciated Mr. Rifai’s visit since it may help boost tourism in Armenia. Job Creation as Priority: Prime Minister Visits Gegharkunik Marz
On visit to Gegharkunik marz yesterday, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan first called at Lchashen community to get acquainted with rehabilitation works underway at the 2.5 km-long Sevan-Gavar highway section due to be completed by this month of August. The Prime Minister’s next port of call was the outpatient clinic of Sevan town in process of rehabilitation. The building which was erected in 1949 will be upgraded in two stages.
