Guided by sub-paragraph 6, paragraph 121 of the order estabished by presidential ordinance PO-174-N of July 18, 2007, Prime Minister Tigran Sargsyan signed a decree to relieve Ruben Sinoyan of the post of Deputy Minister of Transport and Communications of the Republic of Armenia according to his application.
