Dear Dmitry Anatolyevich, With a feeling of deep empathy, I learned about the explosion in the car on the station platform of the Technological Institute of St. Petersburg subway, which entailed human casualties and a large number of injuries. I ask you to convey my sincere condolences to the families and friends of the deceased, words of support and wishes for a speedy recovery to the victims.
