Karen Karapetyan sends condolences to Dmitry Medvedev
RA Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan sent a condolence message to RF Premier Dmitry Medvedev in connection with the crash of a Saratov Airlines passenger plane in the Ramenskoye District near Moscow.
