PM Karen Karapetyan Extends Condolences to RF Prime Minister Dmitry Medvedev on Tragedy in Kemerovo
Prime Minister Karen Karapetyan sent a condolence cable to RF Premier Dmitry Medvedev on the tragic fire in Kemerovo.
