Tigran Avinyan receives International Scientific-Technical Center’s delegation
On November 19, Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Avinyan received a delegation led by Ronald Lehmann, Chairman of the Board of Governors of the International Scientific-Technical Center (ISTC).
