Arayik Harutyunyan participates in the opening ceremony of the "School of Government Speakers" program
Arayik Harutyunyan, Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister, took part in the opening ceremony of the "School of Government Speakers" program.
The three-month program is implemented by the International Republican Institute with the support of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and the USAID. Within the framework of the three-month program, the press secretaries and the public relations officers of the state bodies of Armenia will take a series of training courses aimed at increasing their professional capacities and strengthening of interdepartmental cooperation.
Welcoming the participants of the program, Arayik Harutyunyan attached great importance to the continuous development of the Government's institutional capacity for communication and public relations, emphasizing that effective and targeted communication is one of the guarantees of the successful reform implementation by the Government. In this regard, the Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister once again thanked the partners from the USAID and the International Republican Institute for their support to the Government of the Republic of Armenia.
Kelley Strickland, USAID Armenia Democracy and Governance Office Director, James De Witt, IRI Armenia Regional Director, and Gor Tsarukyan, Director of “Public Relations and Information Center” SNCO of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia, also delivered opening remarks.
