Babajanyan street connecting Argavand-Shirak and Babajanyan-Ashtarak roads will be reconstructed
The regular sitting of the Managing Board of the “North-South Road Corridor, Vanadzor-Alaverdi-Georgia Interstate Road Rehabilitation and Improvement, Sustainable Urban Development Investment and Northern Corridor Modernization Programs” was held today chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Hambardzum Matevosyan.
The Deputy Prime Minister highlighted the issues included on the agenda of the sitting, which are aimed at ensuring the smooth running of the Sustainable Urban Development Investment Program.
In particular, among other topics, the issue of reconstruction of Babajanyan Street in Yerevan was discussed. Though it was not included in the construction of Babajanyan-Ashtarak, Argavand-Shirak roads, the street is of great importance.
In parallel with the construction works, the terms of the road construction control contract will be extended.
