The government allocates around 6 billion AMD for the implementation of subsidy programs in 9 provinces of Armenia
Chaired by Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan, a meeting of the interdepartmental commission on the development of the economic and social infrastructure of the communities of Armenia, apart from the subsidies provided by the annual state budget, was held.
Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Gnel Sanosyan and the representatives of the leading staff of the concerned state bodies were present at the meeting.
Welcoming the attendees, Deputy Prime Minister Khachatryan noted that the discussion of 44 complete subsidy packages planned for 2023 is on the agenda, the total amount of which is 11.36 billion AMD, including the co-financing from the state budget of 5.9 billion AMD.
Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Gnel Sanosyan reported that it is planned to allocate financial resources for the implementation of programs in 9 provinces of the Republic of Armenia.
The programs are mainly aimed at the asphalting of the streets of the settlements, the construction and overhaul of kindergartens, the purchase of agricultural machinery, the construction of drinking and irrigation water systems and the development of other infrastructures.
