Arayik Harutyunyan reported on the final works on holding European Senior Weightlifting Championship
Chaired by Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister, chairman of the interdepartmental commission for the preparation and organization of the European Senior Weightlifting Championship-2023, Arayik Harutyunyan, the final session of the commission took place today.
Before the start of the championship, the members of the commission presented a summary of the organizational and technical work carried out, in particular, regarding the opening ceremony of the championship, ensuring security, accommodation of athletes, coverage and broadcasting of the championship.
Emphasizing once again the importance of holding the championship at a high level, the Chief of the Prime Minister's Staff emphasized the necessity of timely and proper preparation. In this context, relevant instructions were given.
The championship will take place on April 15-23 at the K. Demirchyan Sport and Concert Complex. The opening ceremony of the championship will be held on April 14.
