Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan receives the regional director of the IMF
Deputy Prime Minister Mher Grigoryan received the delegation led by Director of the Middle East and Central Asia Department at the International Monetary Fund Jihad Azour. The delegation included Iva Petrova, head of the IMF mission in Armenia, and Umang Rawat, the newly appointed permanent representative of the IMF in Armenia.
During the meeting, the sides emphasized with satisfaction the high macroeconomic indicators recorded by Armenia despite the difficult period, and the importance of reforms carried out by the Government in that direction.
Reference was made to the course of the reserve program implemented by the support of the IMF, as well as the opportunities and prospects of Armenia's economic development.
