As of 10:00 a.m., the number of forcibly displaced persons from Nagorno Karabakh and arriving in Armenia is 88,780, 18,756 vehicles crossed the Hakari bridge
Press secretary of the Prime Minister Nazeli Baghdasaryan presented the latest data on displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh and the progress of support provided by the Government's "Humanitarian Center".
Accordingly, as of 6:00 am, 84,770 forcibly displaced people from Nagorno Karabakh arrived in the Republic of Armenia, as of 8:00 am, that number was 86,560, and as of 10:00 am, 88,780. As of 10:00 am, 18,756 vehicles have crossed the Hakari Bridge.
Nazeli Baghdasaryan informed that the buses that had left for Stepanakert have already left from Stepanakert Square to Goris. Right now, the buses are transporting around 2,000 forcibly displaced persons to the Republic of Armenia. Nazeli Baghdasaryan stressed that the buses will leave for Stepanakert again until the last person who wants to arrive in Armenia moves to Armenia.
The press secretary of the Prime Minister informed that 63,483 people have already been registered. She urged all persons to be registered, because registration is important for all social assistance programs. People who have not been registered in Vayk or Goris can approach centers located in 64 communities and register. Nazeli Baghdasaryan reminded that all contact information is posted on the irazekum.am website.
Nazeli Baghdasaryan once again reminded that as a result of the consultation held with the Prime Minister, 100,000 AMD will be given to all displaced persons, regardless of age. For all those who have bank cards, this process will be easier with a cashless transfer. She noted that this process will be presented in more detail during upcoming press conferences.
Yesterday,17,953 people used the accommodation offered by the state, as of now, that number is 20,306. According to regions, the indicators are as follows: Aragatsotn region: 972 people. According to Nazeli Baghdasaryan, yesterday that number was 988, today there is a decrease. Clarifying the difference in numbers, Nazeli Baghdasaryan noted that there are cases when people forcibly displaced from Nagorno Karabakh are offered a certain place of residence, after which they move to another region, or, not adapting to these conditions, find it expedient to move to their predetermined place. Continuing to present the numbers, she noted that 4,658 people were accommodated in Ararat region, 1,772 people in Armavir region, 1,935 people in Gegharkunik region, 921 people in Lori region, 4,622 people in Kotayk region, 900 people in Shirak region, 2,040 in Syunik region. people, 1370 people in Vayots Dzor, and 1116 people in Tavush.
Regarding the social sphere, Nazeli Baghdasaryan noted that the hotline 114 of the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs works 24 hours a day, which, as of now, has registered 8,500 calls to which objective answers are given.
The primary needs registration platform continues to operate, with 13,500 applications registered.
The registration of volunteers is also going on, which takes place through the website kamavor.mlsa.am created by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. About 1,000 applications have already been filled.
Mapping of social support services is also going on. About 180 organizations have applied.
As of now, there is no discharged medical patients transferred from Nagorno Karabakh. 11 people remain in the intensive care unit.
