Data of 17,139 children already submitted through the dimum.ssa.am platform in order to be provided the one-time support of AMD 100,000
Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Davit Khachatryan and Prime Minister's press secretary Nazeli Baghdasaryan presented from the government's "Humanitarian Center" presented updated information on the programs aimed at supporting people forcibly displaced from Nagorno Karabakh.
Nazeli Baghdasaryan presented that during these days all data were collected from the centers where people were registered. She reminded that in the regions of the Republic of Armenia, in more than 60 points, the registration process is taking place. "At the moment, the Migration and Citizenship Service is trying to combine and identify the data, excluding the inclusion of duplicate names in those lists," said Nazeli Baghdasaryan.
The press secretary of the Prime Minister informed that parallel to this process, the provision of one-time monetary support continues and the money has already been transferred to the accounts of more than 50 percent of the beneficiaries. She reminded that in order to provide this support to minors, it is necessary to fill in their data on the dimum.ssa.am platform, where the children's data is attached to the mother's or guardian's data. The platform also includes a guide on how to fill in the child's information.
According to the updated data of the healthcare sector, 278 patients are still in various medical facilities in Armenia, the condition of 95 is assessed as serious, 11 as extremely serious. Among the minors, there are patients in satisfactory health condition, their number is 7. 38 births were registered in the families of forcibly displaced persons from Nagorno Karabakh, 14 of which were in Yerevan, 24 in the regions. Nazeli Baghdasaryan informed that the process of registering at the primary health care units continues, according to which 16,448 people have already been registered at polyclinics and outpatient clinics. She also reminded that the forcibly displaced persons in Armenia undergo treatment within the framework of the state order.
As for the education sector, according to the press secretary of the Prime Minister, 9082 children have been enrolled in various educational institutions. Accordingly, in Yerevan: 2910, in Kotayk: 1561, in Ararat: 1322, in Armavir: 790, in Lori: 472, in Gegharkunik: 441, in Aragatsotn: 430, in Syunik: 390, in Shirak: 342, in Vayots Dzor: 166, in Tavush: 258.
Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Davit Khachatryan presented that according to the Government's decision on "Urgent Social Support Measures" adopted on October 3, around 52,600 people have already received one-time support of 100,000 AMD. In total, the data of 17,139 children were accepted through the dimum.ssa.am platform. Of the received applications, 1005 have already been identified, 306 have been rejected, 15,828 are in the process of processing, which will be completed within 1-2 days.
Clarifying the basis of rejected applications, Davit Khachatryan noted that the most common problem is not being a beneficiary, that is, not being forcibly displaced from Nagorno Karabakh after September 24. Absence from the country was also mentioned as a reason, because one of the conditions to benefit from the program is to be in the Republic of Armenia. There are also software issues.
The Prime Minister's press secretary also reminded that the Ministry of Finance has opened a treasury account for donations in any currency by those living in Armenia and abroad. The treasury account number is 900005002762.
