Deputy Minister of Labor and Social Affairs Davit Khachatryan presented the details of the process. Accordingly, it is necessary to first apply to the regional passport departments of the Migration and Citizenship Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs in order to be registered at the place of residence (either de facto or on a permanent basis). Next, it is necessary to select the window "Online applications for Nagorno Karabakh pension" on the platform https://online.ssa.am/ by clicking on the field "Submit the application for the appointment of a pension for a Nagorno Karabakh pensioner in the Republic of Armenia".
According to Davit Khachatryan, as of today, more than 5000 applications have been received, of which 2118 have already been approved. According to him, more than 2,000 applications were rejected for a number of reasons. most applications were rejected on the basis of lack of registration at the address of the place of residence in the Republic of Armenia, there were also cases when the beneficiary was not a pensioner, payment of pension in the NK pension base was stopped, etc. It was also noted that the pensions and allowances will be paid in the order and amount according to the types of pensions and allowances provided by the Armenian legislation.
In case of difficulties while submitting the application, citizens can call 114 or contact any regional center of the Unified Social Service.
