Today, Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan received Philippe Guitard, Senior Executive Vice President of Central & Eastern Europe at Veolia. Vache Terteryan, Deputy Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructures, and Marianna Shahinyan, Executive Director of Veolia Armenia, were also present at the meeting.

The interlocutors touched upon a number of issues of mutual interest, in particular, improving the quality of water supply, reducing water losses, wastewater treatment, and other issues related to drinking and irrigation water systems.

At the end of the meeting, the parties reaffirmed their willingness to continue effective joint work on future cooperation prospects, finding effective solutions to the problems in the water sector and other issues related to the sector.
