An operational headquarters established to manage the emergency caused by the floods
As a result of heavy rains in Lori and Tavush regions, Yerevan, as well as the overflowing of Debed, Aghstev, Tashir rivers, in order to manage the emergency situation caused by floods, by the decision of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan, an operational headquarters was formed under the leadership of Minister of Territorial Administration and Infrastructure Gnel Sanosyan.
The Rescue Service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Armenia, the Road Department, the Police, regional administrations, local self-government bodies, and other relevant structures are implementing the necessary measures arising from their powers.
