Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan chairs the session of the SME Development Council



Today, June 19, under the leadership of Deputy PM Tigran Khachatryan, the regular session of the Small and Medium Business Development Council of the Republic of Armenia took place.

At the beginning of the session, the secretary of the Council made a detailed reference to the implementation of the decisions made during the previous sessions.

The Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the importance of monitoring the legal regulations discussed and approved within the framework of the council in order to evaluate their effectiveness and improve the existing regulations if necessary.

During the session, the possibility of introducing legal regulations regarding the convertible bond agreement for shares of limited liability companies or joint stock company shares, as well as the need to reform the regulations for writing off bad debts was discussed.

Expressing his gratitude to the participants of the session, the Deputy Prime Minister emphasized the continuity of the implementation of works in this format in order to identify the problems that concern the private sector and respond appropriately to them.
