Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan receives the newly appointed Ambassador of the Netherlands
Deputy Prime Minister Tigran Khachatryan received Marieke Harriet Monroy-Winter, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Kingdom of the Netherlands to the Republic of Armenia.
The Deputy Prime Minister congratulated the Ambassador on assuming the post and wished her success in the implementation of her responsible mission.
During the meeting, Tigran Khachatryan presented the current macroeconomic indicators and economic policy priorities to the Ambassador, referring to the possibilities of deepening bilateral relations in a number of areas.
The Deputy Prime Minister also referred to the current works aimed at addressing the long-term, particularly housing needs of people forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh.
The parties attached importance to the continuation of the expansion of cooperation in different directions, expressing confidence that all the prerequisites for strengthening bilateral ties are in place.
