The session of the Council on National Minorities held under the leadership of Arayik Harutyunyan
The regular session of the Council on National Minorities was held under the leadership of the Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan.
The issue of distribution of 25 million AMD of state support allocated to non-governmental organizations of national minorities by the 2025 state budget of Armenia was included in the agenda. It was reported that the applications have been summarized and a draft program is developed. As a result of extensive discussion, the council members approved the program.
The issue of providing a new space for the educational and cultural center of national minorities was also discussed at the meeting. Arayik Harutyunyan instructed the officials to organize the issue of relocating to a new area in a short period of time.
During the session, other issues raised by the council members were also discussed, the council members presented their recommendations for solving the issues.
Arayik Harutyunyan emphasized the implementation of the necessary steps in the direction of raising and solving the current problems of national minorities.
