Arayik Harutyunyan participates in the redemption ceremony of a postcard with a special stamp dedicated to the Philatelic Exhibition

Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan participated in the redemption ceremony of a postcard with a special stamp dedicated to the "Philatelic Exhibition Dedicated to the History of Post" at the National Museum-Institute of Architecture after Alexander Tamanyan.

Before the redemption ceremony, Arayik Harutyunyan greeted the attendees and congratulated them on this significant event. Arayik Harutyunyan highlighted the fact that the event is becoming traditional, in which people from abroad also participate. "The stamp is knowledge, and with such events we must show that we are dealing with another carrier of knowledge here. We should properly present it to our public, pupils, students, because by coming here, they get acquainted with various historical episodes, the history of the post office, and learn that the stamp is one of the most important characteristics of the state. And those states that have a stamp means that they are at a certain level of sovereignty. I think we should develop this direction. We are trying to make that effort, but I also think that additional efforts should be made," said the Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister.

Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister Arayik Harutyunyan, Minister of High-tech Industry Mkhitar Hayrapetyan, acting CEO of "HayPost" Arman Abrahamyan, Director of National Museum-Institute of Architecture after Alexander Tamanyan Zaruhi Hayrapetyan, President of the Armenian Association of Philatelists Hovik Musayelyan carried out the redemption of the postcard.

The logo of the Armenian Philatelic Association is depicted on the right side of the postcard, and the inscriptions "PHILATELIC EXHIBITION", "YEREVAN 2024" and "HISTORY OF POST" in Armenian and English languages are also displayed on the postcard, the designer of which is Davit Dovlatyan.

After the postcard redemption ceremony, Arayik Harutyunyan got acquainted with the collections of stamps and envelopes presented in the exhibition.
