Before the redemption ceremony, Arayik Harutyunyan greeted the attendees and congratulated them on this significant event. Arayik Harutyunyan highlighted the fact that the event is becoming traditional, in which people from abroad also participate. "The stamp is knowledge, and with such events we must show that we are dealing with another carrier of knowledge here. We should properly present it to our public, pupils, students, because by coming here, they get acquainted with various historical episodes, the history of the post office, and learn that the stamp is one of the most important characteristics of the state. And those states that have a stamp means that they are at a certain level of sovereignty. I think we should develop this direction. We are trying to make that effort, but I also think that additional efforts should be made," said the Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister.
