Arayik Harutyunyan, representatives of medical centers discuss the process of switching to electronic prescriptions








Chief of the Prime Minister's Staff Arayik Harutyunyan met with representatives of Armenian medical centers at the Government today. The meeting was also attended by Minister of Health Anahit Avanesyan and Chairman of the National Assembly Standing Committee on Healthcare Arsen Torosyan.

During the meeting, the process of switching to electronic prescriptions and the problems existing in the system were discussed. Issues related to the filling and circulation of prescriptions were touched upon.

Arayik Harutyunyan emphasized the importance of the process of switching to electronic prescriptions and emphasized: "This is a matter of principle for us. Reform is not an end in itself, it has important content."

Arayik Harutyunyan also noted that the goal of the meeting is to identify gaps in the sector through cooperation and discuss ways to solve them.

A discussion was held on the topic, and those present exchanged ideas on optimizing and simplifying the mechanisms that ensure the smooth and effective implementation of the system, as well as improving the system. A number of suggestions and recommendations were presented.

Summing up, the Chief of Staff of the Prime Minister noted that the system has improved significantly over the past year and emphasized that it is necessary to continue implementing the necessary steps to ensure the effective operation of the system.
