Today Mr. Manouk Topouzyan, RA Minister-Chief of Staff of the Office of Government, and Mr. Arthur Manaseryan, Head of the Foreign Relations Department of the Office of Government, have left for Greece to attend the ministerial forum referred to as "Improvements in Public Administration and Institutional Reforms," as organized in the framework of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation Organization. The topical discussions are scheduled on February 20-21. A joint statement on structural reforms and good governance is due to be issued at the close of the meeting by the BSEC member States' Ministers of Justice and the respective ministers responsible for public administration.
