Today Republic of Armenia Prime Minister Andranik Margaryan has received outgoing Italian Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Armenia Marco Clemente.
First, the Prime Minister thanked Ambassador Clemente for the effective work directed towards the strengthening of the Armenian-Italian cooperation and went on to emphasize that the Armenian-Italian political and economic relationships were raised to a qualitatively new level during his term in office.
Having stressed the importance of high-level mutual contacts to the development of bilateral ties, Andranik Margaryan mentioned in this context the successful completion of the October, 2005 Armenian-Italian Friendship Days Festival held in Yerevan, as well as the business forum organized as a follow-up to the arrangements reached during RA President
