Today the Governing Council of Millenium Challenge Account -Armenia SNCO has met at the Office of Government, presided at by Council Chairman, RA Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan.


The Council has discussed and approved the combined technical-financial bid assessment results for "New Water Reservoirs Construction Program Feasibility Study." MCA-Armenia SNCO Executive Director Ara Hovsepyan noted that the technical evaluation results had been endorsed by the Governing Council of MCA-Armenia SNCO and the management of the Millenium Challenge Corporation. Based thereon, the Evaluation Committee invited the company which had overcome the threshold set for the technical bids to participate in the ceremony of disclosure of financial bids. After the assessment of financial proposals, this company was given the highest available combined score. The outcomes of such assessment will subsequently be submitted to the MCC for approval.


The Council also discussed and approved the shortlist for technical oversight-related consulting services to be provided under the First Package of Rural Road Rehabilitation Project.


The meeting passed a decision concerning the results of the competition announced for selection of MCA-Armenia's Procurements Manager. The successful candidature will be presented to the MCC for approval.
