RA Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan received the delegation led by Chairman of the Foreign Relations Committee of the Italian House of Deputies Umberto Ranieri who is in Armenia in the frame of a regional visit.
Pleased with the recently activated contacts between Armenia and Italy, the Prime Minister said that these historically deeply-rooted relations were based on a solid groundwork and had good prospects for development in the political, economic, cultural and other fields. Emphasizing the role of high-level contacts, Serzh Sargsyan expressed confidence that the present visit of the Italian delegation would help promote these processes.
