On Armenia
's Independence Day, Head of RF Government Victor Zubkov has addressed a congratulatory message to RA Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan which reads as follows in particular:"Dear Serzh Azatovich,
Accept my most sincere congratulations on the occasion of the national holiday of the Republic Armenia - Day of Independence.
The close interaction between the governments of Russia and Armenia helps take the multifaceted Russian - Armenian partnership relations to a new qualitative level. I am confident that your upcoming first official visit to the Russian Federation will give an additional impetus to the development of mutually advantageous bilateral ties, first of all in the area of trade and economic cooperation.
I wish further success in your responsible work to the benefit of the Republic Armenia and the strengthening of the friendly Russian - Armenian relations."
