Today RA government commission for coordination of charitable programs has held an ordinary meeting presided at by Mr. S. Ter-Simonyan, chairman of the commission.
The commission has discussed 6 charitable projects, including: the Hayastan All-Armenian Fund-sponsored project for the manufacture and installation of special-type doors in the town outpatient clinic of Stepanakert, the implementation of technical, dimensional, professional and quality monitoring for the construction of a 11.6km-long fourth-grade road section of the 12,4km stretch of Drembon-Martakert highway along the North-South artery of the Republic of Nagorno Karabakh, partly improvement of the sewerage in the Left-Bank District of Stepanavan. The purpose of "Syunik" charitable NGO-implemented "Center for Social Services and Teachers Training" program is to assist the reform of the official teacher-training system.
The meeting has also discussed and approved a number of sub-contracts passed under previous programs, as well as several projects concerning the import of freight destined to different organizations operating in Armenia.
