By Prime Minister A. Margaryan's decision, Mr. Haik Cheshmarityan was released from the post of Deputy Minister of Transport and Communication of the Republic of Armenia.


In accordance with another decision issued by the Prime Minister, Mr. Vrouyr Arakelyan was appointed RA Deputy Minister of Transport and Communication.

Biographical Note

Mr. Vrouyr Arakelyan was born in Hrazdan town in 1950.

In 1965-1969, he studied at the Radio-Electrical Communications TSS in Yerevan. In 1972, he was admitted to and in 1977 graduated from the Automated Electrical Communications Department of Electrical Engineering Institute after A. Popov in Odessa with the qualification of Electrical Engineer. At the outset of his professional career, he worked as electrician in Yerevan
