Dear schoolboys and students, dear teachers and parents,

I congratulate you on September 1, the start-up of the new academic year and Day of Knowledge. This beautiful and memorable day, which symbolizes our people's centuries-old worship of writing, literature and education, obliges all of you who, have received an education in line with modern standards and true to our national traditions, who have a State-wise turn of mind, to seek maximum knowledge, improve your physical and mental abilities with the view of becoming worthy citizens of our country's tomorrow's day so as to further strengthen our statehood, continue with the noble cause of building a prosperous society.

I am confident that, as a result of the reforms carried out by the State in the system of education, owing to the everyday interested work and efforts of our beloved teachers who are carrying out their important mission devotedly, tomorrow's achievements will be more than appreciable.
