By RA Prime Minister A. Margaryan's decision, Mr. Gagik Khachatryan was released from the office of Chief Executive Officer of "State Procurement Agency" State non-profit organization.
In accordance with another decision signed the Prime Minister, Mr. Hacob Beglaryan was appointed Chief Executive Officer of "State Procurement Agency" SNPO.
Biographical Note
Mr. Hacob Beglaryan was born in Yerevan in 1966. In 1991, he graduated from the Institute of National Economy in Yerevan with the qualification of Economist. At the outset of his professional career, he worked as a casting worker at "Shinanyout" experimental enterprise.
In the period from 1990 to 1994, he was unit inspector with the tax inspectorates of Erebouni and Orjonikidzeh districts of Yerevan. In 1994, he was appointed Deputy Director of "Narek" clothing factory and, in 1996, he was promoted to the Presidency of Narek OJSC.
From 2000 until the latest appointment, Mr. Beglaryan was Deputy CEO of "State Procurement Agency" SNPO.
He is on the membership of the Armenian Republican Party.
He is married and has 3 children.
