Today on the phone, Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia Aram A felicitated RA Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan on his victory in Armenia's presidential elections and sent a congratulatory message which reads as follows, in particular:
"With the patriarchal blessing of the Catholicosate of the Great House of Cilicia, we welcome your election to the post of RA President. In fact, holding several posts of high trust during the past twenty years following Armenia's reinstatement in sovereignty, you have made a valuable contribution to the reinforcement and rebuilding of the Armenian statehood, as well as its security enhancement and economic development. As a reflection of great appreciation, the public confidence given to you is at the same time the people's expectation that you will redouble you efforts for the sake of Motherland's strengthening.
We warmly congratulate on your election. Knowing you in person, we are confident that with renewed faith and great sense of responsibility and dedication you will continue serving Homeland's and our people's supreme interests."
