Dear Teachers,

This is the appreciation of the patriotic work you are implementing with love and due diligence by call of duty, irrespective of many difficulties that I am confident will be overcome step by step through joint efforts. This holiday is an excellent opportunity to offer you words of praise and appreciation and to reiterate that invaluable is your contribution to the cause of educating the young generation, preparing good citizens for our State by giving them a truly Armenian education based on universal moral values and national ones. The educational reform which is being implemented by the State in many areas, including school engineering, betterment of living conditions for the teaching staff and improvements in several other fields are first and foremost aimed at showing enhanced care and concern for the profession of teacher.
