President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Noursultan Nazarbaev has sent a congratulatory message to RA Prime Minister Serzh Sargsyan on his election to the post of President of the Republic of Armenia. The message states in part:
"Dear Serzh Azati,
Accept my sincere congratulations in connection with your election to the post of President of Armenia.
I am confident that our countries and peoples will henceforth strengthen further ties of friendship, partnership and will expand the mutually advantageous cooperation.
