Congratulatory messages continue to be received in connection with the election of Serzh Sargsyan as President of the Republic of Armenia.
The message sent by President of the Federal Republic of Brazil Luis Ignacio Lulada Silva states in part:
"Please accept my best wishes for your successful activity in this important post.
I am hopeful to continue working with Your Excellency toward the furtherance and strengthening of the friendly relations between our two countries and peoples."
