By introducing the newly appointed minister Armen Grigoryan, congratulating him and wishing him every success, the head of the government has said:
"All of us realize that this is a duty, but on the other hand, this is an exclusive opportunity to serve the people. Probably, your sphere - the sphere of sport and youth affairs - is among the key ones. If we succeed in this area, there will be considerable changes in social understandings. I am convinced that Armen Grigoryan and you are able to solve the problems facing you. I am very glad that this appointment is perceived warmly in the ministry and has caused certain enthusiasm. This is the first estimation of the work of the newly appointed minister. And this instills hope that through joint efforts, we will manage to solve those problems available in your sector.
First of all, I would like to touch upon those goals fixed in both the Government Program and in the electoral program of RA President Serzh Sargsyan. These goals are quite ambitious. The foregoing documents represent those targets which have to be met through joint efforts - in particular - to offer the possibility of buying an apartments and a car. And we must achieve this target within five years. This means that every year we should progress toward the decision of this task. That is, we should see how many newly formed households are in a position to solve the housing question on theirown, or the question of buying a car. Here, we will have to cooperate with other departments and to be exacting enough.
Education is a major issue of concern to the youth. It is understood that we should focus not only on the possibility of providing education, but also - follow-up training. Here again, I think, we must be exacting.
